1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AatiCademy website (aaticademy.com) and our online tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the parent/guardian) and AatiCademy.
2. Description of Services
AatiCademy provides premium online 1-on-1 tutoring services for girls across the UAE, Gulf region, and internationally. Our services include:
- Personalized tutoring in IGCSE, IB, CBSE, and A-Level curricula
- Subject-specific instruction in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
- Free learning profile assessment with personalised report card
- Free 30-minute trial session with a female tutor
- Ongoing tutoring sessions scheduled at mutually convenient times
- Progress tracking and milestone reporting
All sessions are conducted online by female educators. We do not guarantee specific academic results, as outcomes depend on individual student effort, attendance, and engagement.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Tutoring sessions are booked via WhatsApp, phone, or through our website. Once a session is confirmed, both parties are expected to attend at the agreed time. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to tutor availability or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for tutoring services varies based on curriculum, subject, grade level, and session frequency. Specific pricing is discussed during the free trial session. Payment is due before or on the day of each session, unless a package arrangement has been agreed upon. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as agreed. Refunds for completed sessions are not available. Refunds for prepaid packages may be requested for unused sessions, subject to our refund policy.
5. Code of Conduct
Students and parents are expected to:
- Treat tutors with respect and courtesy at all times
- Attend sessions on time and prepared
- Complete assigned homework and practice materials
- Provide a quiet, distraction-free environment for online sessions
- Not record or distribute session content without prior consent
- Not share tutor contact information with third parties
AatiCademy reserves the right to terminate services for students or parents who violate these conduct guidelines.
6. Tutor Qualifications
All AatiCademy tutors are female educators with relevant academic qualifications and tutoring experience. We verify tutor credentials before assignment. However, parents are encouraged to discuss their daughter's specific needs during the free trial session to ensure the tutor is the right fit. If a parent is not satisfied with a tutor, we will make reasonable efforts to assign an alternative tutor.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the AatiCademy website, including text, graphics, logos, blog posts, quiz questions, and report card designs, is the property of AatiCademy and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Materials provided during tutoring sessions (worksheets, notes, practice papers) are for the student's personal use only.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable data protection regulations.
9. Disclaimer
AatiCademy is a private online tutoring service. We are not affiliated with any government education authority, examination board (including Cambridge, Edexcel, IB Organization, CBSE, AQA), or school. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific grades or exam results. Academic outcomes depend on the student's effort, engagement, and individual circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
AatiCademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the tutoring session(s) in question. We are not responsible for technical failures (internet connectivity, device malfunctions) on the client's side that prevent sessions from taking place.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate tutoring services at any time with reasonable notice. AatiCademy reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or violation of these Terms of Service. Unused prepaid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis upon termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
