We envision a world where every girl in the Gulf has access to world-class female educators who see her for who she truly is — her faith, her curiosity, her confidence, her dreams. We exist to build that world, one student at a time. For too long, families in our region have had to choose between rigorous academic preparation and an environment that respects their daughter's dignity and cultural values. We refused that choice, and built something better instead.

Our vision is to become the most trusted name in premium tutoring for girls across the GCC — and to do it without ever compromising on the values that brought us here. Every session, every milestone message, every progress report is a small step toward that future.

Our Mission

We provide premium 1-on-1 online tutoring for girls across the UAE and Gulf region, delivered exclusively by female educators who understand both the academic pressures of IGCSE, IB, CBSE and A-Level curricula, and the cultural values of the families we serve. Each student receives a personalized Learning Map, monthly milestone messages, and a 30-day exam countdown plan — because academic excellence is not an accident, and confidence is not optional.

AatiCademy was founded in Kolkata, India, and our heart is in the Gulf. While our operations are rooted in India, our students are primarily in the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah — with growing families in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. We also serve expatriate families in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia, making sure that no matter where a family is in the world, their daughter has access to a female tutor who understands her culture and her curriculum.

We have delivered over 600 classes to students across six countries, and we are just getting started.
